This year has been a dynamic journey of growth and impact for Youth Decide Zimbabwe. Our technical development has been rooted in strategic offline environments—from intensive office meetings, planning sessions, and youth-centred training workshops that built capacity, to meaningful community engagements and dialogues with leaders that grounded our work in local realities. These physical spaces were crucial for laying our operational foundation, fostering direct connections, and designing our core programs.
Simultaneously, we amplified our voice and reach through dedicated digital expansion. We moved into podcast production, creating a platform for youth dialogue, and drove impactful conversations that saw important topics trending online. This technical pivot to digital spaces allowed us to engage a broader audience, ensure our discussions resonated nationwide, and modernize our advocacy.
As we briefly close for the festive season from 18.12.25 to 13.01.26, we reflect on a year of building both tangible community structures and a powerful digital presence.
